Vintage :: The 2014 Coonawarra vintage is noted for its dry, mild conditions and below average rainfall. Early flowering and picking produced Sauvignon Blanc fruit in excellent condition, with vibrant varietal character.
Food Matching :: Ideal as an aperitif or serve with fresh prawns with a light dressing or natural oysters. Also pair with rocket & goats cheese salad with Mango or Vietnamese pork stir-fry.
Colour :: Pale straw with light green tinges. Nose :: Restrained herbaceous and tropical lychee notes, with hints of citrus fruits and lemongrass.
Palate :: Fresh citrus fruits with light gooseberry, mouth-watering acidity and remarkable purity.
A lively, unwooded Sauvignon Blanc with tantalizing regional aromas and flavours of gooseberries underscored with floral highlights and a citrus tang.
